What furniture is included?
Anything and everything in the room! You can see our most updated look of the room and the furniture pieces that are in the studio at the moment by checking our highlights on instagram.
Do you offer in-house photography or content services?
Yes — if you’d like help with photos, video, or reels, we offer in-house content creation services. Just ask and we’ll send you the options, but please note it is not included in any of the rentals online.
Can I shoot video in the space?
Yes, not a problem, but be aware that the walls are not heavily sound insulated, and the ceilings are 14ft high, so prepare accordingly
How early can I arrive to setup?
Your booking time starts and ends at the hours you've reserved. You're welcome to drop off equipment near the door before your timeslot begins, but studio access starts at your booked time.
Pro tip: Use a trolley or shopping cart from SS level to stage your gear beforehand for a quick setup once your session starts.
What is the parking situation like? 🅿️
Parking is a breeze. There’s free street parking out front (though it can get busy on weekdays), and guaranteed paid parking right behind the building. Bonus: the first hour is free. No circling the block or showing up late , just pull in and get started.
What’s the cancellation/reschedule policy?
There is no refund once you book. You can reschedule free of charge up to 7 days before your booking. After this, 25% rebooking fee up to 48h, then 50% up to 24h, and under 24h there is no refund or rebooking available.
Are there freight elevators?
Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit in voluptate velit esse cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur. Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident.
Are there loading docks?
Yes there are loading docks at the back of the building, through the paid parking. If you just need to unload, the first hour is free.
What about handicap access? ♿
Yes! The handicap ramp is at the back of the building.
Are you pet friendly? 🐶
We are dog friendly, but there is a small pet fee, make sure to select it when booking if you are planning on it. Dogs are not allowed on the white furniture, but can be anywhere else on the floors.
