Parking on the street is free, and generally easy to find on weekends. Indigo parking ($) is also available at the back of the building, see the alley entrance in the image below.
You will be sent instructions by e-mail on what to use as a door code to enter the loft, but everything is keyless!

Yes it is! However you have to enter the building from the indigo parking lot near the 4030 door at the back. There is a ramp near l’Ambroisie and two elevators around the building
